Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Irish Time GMT/BST) are processed and dispatched the same day. Please allow extra time during peak periods.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Once you place your order you have 30 minutes to correct your address yourself. After this, we cannot make any changes.

Tracking Your Order

  • Use the tracking number sent to your email for real-time updates. You will get your tracking number when the parcel has been scanned at the couriers depot. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Ireland & EU: No customs or import duties apply.
  • United Kingdom: No customs or import duties apply.
  • United States: No customs or import duties apply.
  • Canada: No customs or import duties apply.
  • Rest of the World: Orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (including orders that qualified for free shipping).

Returns Impact on free gifts

  • Free Delivery: If you return your full order, the original delivery fee covered by Mettle & Bloom will be deducted from your refunded amount. 
  • Free Gifts: If a return brings your total order value below the qualifying threshold, the free gift must also be returned.
