Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Mettle & Bloom jewels! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Key Return Windows

  • Standard Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions & Exclusions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for strict hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised pieces
  • Tote bags
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts
  • Clearance items (outlet)
  • Stockist Purchases: Items bought from a Mettle & Bloom stockist must be returned directly to that retailer, not to us.

Free Gifts & Free Delivery Rules

If your original order included a promotion, please note the following conditions upon return:

  • Free Gifts: We do not offer returns or exchanges on free promotional items. If you return your paid items but choose to keep the free gift, its retail value will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Free Delivery: If you choose to return your order in full and Mettle & Bloom originally absorbed the cost of delivery so that you got free delivery, the shipping cost initially covered by Mettle & Bloom will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds & Fees

  • Processing Time: Once received, we process returns within 7 working days. Funds will then appear back in your account within another 7 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right immediately.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Email support@mettleandbloom.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We will email you a secure returns link to send your parcel back to us.
