Unfortunately one of the earrings doesn’t shut securely and the hinge appears more loose. It opened when I was wearing them and I nearly lost the pearl.
I did email and got responses about replacing,fixing or refund. I also asked if there was a return postage label, as I don’t think I should have to pay to return a lovely pair of earrings which appears to be faulty. Ideally I’d prefer to have them replaced.
