Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale – Terms & Conditions

1. General Sale Information

  • The Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale (“Sale”) is valid from 23 November 2025 until 1 December 2025, unless extended or ended early at the discretion of Mettle & Bloom Ltd.
  • Discounts apply only to purchases made on mettleandbloom.com during the Sale period.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases made before the Sale.


2. Discounts & Pricing

  • Discounts are applied automatically at checkout or through approved promotional codes.
  • The “up to 30% off” refers to the maximum discount available across selected items.
  • Individual product discount levels may vary.
  • Additional discount codes may not be stacked unless explicitly stated (VIP code BF5 is stackable for early access only).


3. VIP Early Access

  • VIP Early Access begins at 9:00am GMT on 23 November 2025.
  • VIP customers may use code BF5 to receive an extra 5% off on top of sitewide Sale pricing.
  • The VIP code must be applied at checkout.
  • This code is valid only during the VIP Early Access window unless specified otherwise.


4. Free Luxury Jewellery Travel Case Offer

  • The free Luxury Jewellery Travel Case (worth €50) is available to the first 150 customers who place a qualifying order.
  • A minimum spend of €150 (excluding shipping) is required to qualify.
  • The free gift will be automatically added to the order if stock is available.
  • This offer is strictly limited and will end once all 150 units have been claimed.
  • If items are returned that reduce the qualifying order value below €150, the free gift must also be returned or the value will be deducted from the refunded amount.


5. Limited Stock & Sell-Outs

  • All items are available while stocks last.
  • Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
  • If an item oversells due to high demand, customers will be contacted and offered:
    • A refund,
    • Store credit, or
    • A suitable replacement item (if available).


6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Standard returns policy applies unless otherwise stated.
  • Sale items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Earrings and personalised items are final sale for hygiene/customisation reasons.


7. Shipping

  • Orders during the Sale may experience slight processing delays due to increased demand.
  • We ship to Ireland, the UK, and the EU with no customs charges for UK/EU customers.
  • International shipping fees and tariffs may apply for non-EU destinations.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We cannot make any order changes or cancellations after checkout is completed.
  • Please ensure all details (shipping address, discount codes, product selection) are correct before confirming your order.


9. Fraud Prevention

  • Mettle & Bloom reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or show misuse of discount codes.
