How much does it cost for delivery?
- Tracked delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland is €6.30
- FREE EU delivery for orders over €100 (excluding sales)
- Standard Delivery to UK and Europe is €8.
- Tracked Delivery to UK and Europe is €12.
- Standard Untracked Delivery to the USA and Canada is €13.
- Tracked Delivery to USA and Canada is €19.

How can I track my order?
If you choose a tracked delivery option you will receive a tracking number via email when your order is fulfilled.

My parcel has not arrived, what should I do?
You should track your order using the tracking number and contact the post office holding the parcel.
We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 4.30pm on business days will be sent the same day. Typically our customers in the ROI receive next day delivery but should allow up to 1-3 business days.

Average delivery time for orders delivered within Ireland is 1-2 business days. Please refer to your tracking number for a more accurate read on your estimated delivery time.

Average delivery time for orders delivered to Northern Ireland, UK and other European countries and the USA is 2-7 business days.

What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason the customer will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
I got a free gift with my order when there was an offer running and now I want to return part or all of my order. Do I also need to return the free gift?
Yes. If you order is partially returned, bringing the total spend below €100, you no longer qualify for the free gift and you must also return the free gift in its original, unused condition. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return part of your order but the value of your pieces still exceed €100 your order will still qualify for the free gift.
Returns& Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit note.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/ order number.

The product must be returned in its original packaging (pouch + box) to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Please ensure all items returned are as you received them in order for a exchange to be processed.

Please allow 7-10 working days for your exchange/ credit note to be processed.

The rights to return the items under the Distance Selling Regulations will not apply in the event that the product has been used or returned incomplete.

Due to hygienic reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on earrings. We apologise for this inconvenience.

We do not accept returns of items purchased on sale/ where a promotional offering was received.

How to look after your Mettle & Bloom jewellery
To care for your jewellery, please follow these simple steps:

Store your jewellery individually in its original packaging. Keep away from extreme heat, humidity or direct sunlight.

Protect your jewellery from harsh chemicals, make-up or soaps. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising or applying hand sanitiser.

Keep your jewellery looking shiny and new by occasionally polishing it with a soft cloth.
