Step 1: Decide what finger you want to wear your new Mettle & Bloom beauty on and find a ring that fits it.

Step 2: Measure the INSIDE of that ring in mm (do this by measuring a straight line through the rings centre).  

Step 3: Check the chart to find out what size ring you are. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up to allow for occasional swelling. After all, comfort is key.

Method 2:

Step 1: Wrap a piece of paper or a piece of string around the finger you want to wear your Mettle & Bloom ring on. 

Step 2. Mark the point the paper or string overlaps with a pen. 

Step 3: Straighten the piece of paper/ string over a ruler and read the measurement in mm.
