  • How much does it cost for delivery?
    - Standard Delivery to Ireland €3.30 *valid for purchases up to €70
    - Tracked and insured delivery to Ireland €6.30
    - FREE tote bag with orders over €100 (cannot be claimed in conjunction with the use of

    - Standard Delivery to NI, UK and Europe is €6.50.
    - Tracked Delivery to UK and Europe is €12.

    - Standard Delivery to the USA is €13.
    - Tracked and Insured Delivery to USA is €19.

  • How can I track my order?
    If you choose a tracked delivery option you will receive a tracking number via email when your order is fulfilled.

  • My parcel has not arrived, what should I do?
    You should track your order using the tracking number and contact the post office holding the parcel. We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping.

  • When will my order arrive?
    Orders placed before 4.30pm on business days will be sent the same day. Typically our customers in the ROI receive next day delivery but should allow up to 1-3 business days.
    • Average delivery time for orders delivered within Ireland is 1-2 business days. Please refer to your tracking number for a more accurate read on your estimated delivery time.
    • Average delivery time for orders delivered to Northern Ireland, UK and other European countries and the USA is 2-7 business days.

  • What if my package was returned to sender?
    If your package is returned to us for any reason the customer will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.


Returns& Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Returns should be made within 30 days of your receipt of the goods and returns made outside of the 30 day time period will not be considered for an exchange or credit. Ensure that you check all items when you receive them and report any faults upon receipt of your order.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Please ensure all items returned are as you received them in order for a refund or exchange to be processed.
  • Upon receipt of the items you will be refunded of the amount paid or an exchange credit. Please allow at least fourteen (14) working days for you refund or exchange to be processed.
  • The rights to return the items under the Distance Selling Regulations will not apply in the event that the product has been used or returned incomplete.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on earrings. We apologise for this inconvenience.

How to look after your Mettle & Bloom jewellery

To care for your jewellery, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Store your jewellery individually in its original packaging. Keep away from extreme heat, humidity or direct sunlight.
  2. Protect your jewellery from harsh chemicals, make-up or soaps. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising or applying hand sanitiser.
  3. Keep your jewellery looking shiny and new by occasionally polishing it with a soft cloth.
