We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit note. Please note, all clearance sales are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/ order number.Â

Mettle & Bloom is not responsible for the cost of the delivery or return postage. This fee is paid by the customer wishing to return the piece(s). If the cost of delivery was originally covered by Mettle & Bloom and you wish to return your order in full, the cost will be deducted from the final amount.

Note: If you choose to return your order in full and your order previously qualified for free delivery, the cost of delivery originally covered by Mettle & Bloom will be deducted from the refunded amount.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If your order was part of an offer/ sale/ promotion it is excluded from exchange, return or credit.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
